After the room reservation it is necessary to do a prepayment at a rate of not less than the cost of the first night.
Early arrival is charged at half of the cost of one night;
Late check out: from 12am to 6pm - will be charged for 1/2 nightly rate, after 6pm will be charged for a full night rate.
The hotel "Severny-Modern" gives a 5% discount for the Online Reservation.
