In case of cancellation the booking in low season (from 1 January to 30 April and from 1 October to 31 December) less than a day,
and in high Season (from 1 May to 30 September) less than 10 days,
the hotel charges a penalty of cost of standstill of a room for the first twenty-four hours.

Early arrival is charged at half of the cost of one night;
Late check out: from 12am to 6pm will be charged for 1/2 nightly rate, after 6pm will be charged for a full night rate.

„Severny Modern“is a mini hotel of  the business class. Our Hotel has 11 rooms and offers much comfort and individuality for single travelers or small groups as well as business travelers. The Hotel is composed of 2 separate areas with 5 and 6 rooms respectively. Each area includes one lobby and if you rent an entire area, the lobby is available for you, for example, for business meetings or enjoyable evenings.
